This holiday season, the culinary team behind Lewin Terrace’s uniquely East Meets West cuisine curates a series of sophisticated festive menus, with 3 menus available throughout different periods of this festive month!

Available exclusively on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (24th & 25th December). Bask in the spirits of festivities with an indulgent menu of Asian inspired dishes created using modern French techniques with Lewin Terrace’s Christmas Menu. Specially curated for an opulent yet refined festive dining experience in mind, expect only the finest seafood and land produce sourced from Japanese regions. Gather your friends and loved ones for a wholesome 4-Course Lunch ($98++) or wine down in the evenings with a 6-Course Dinner menu paired with a mini bottle of bubbly from Champagne house Laurent-Perrier ($180++). 

Start of the festivities with an amuse bouche of Asian Yam Gnocchi with Truffle – a fusion creation of the Italian classic with oriental touches. Coating every pillow soft dumpling is topped with home-made egg sauce and fresh black truffle shavings. Officially starting the festive feasting with Lewin Terrace’s rendition of Lobster Ceviche. Sophistication is taken to another level with the beautifully plated confit lobster, beetroot salad and capsicum puree.  

  

Caught only twice a year, Sawara, also known as Spanish Mackerel is native to the waters of Ishikawa, Japan. Known for its firm yet sweet white meats, Red Snapper with Japanese Turnip Puree presents the best of Japan’s bountiful delicious seafood on a plate. Its never a hearty Christmas Feast without delicious red meats. The Peranakan inspired Roasted Wagyu Beef, Buah Keluak and Macadamia Nut Sauce (Note: Angus Beef is served during lunch service) is bound to please all, especially when it’s perfectly seared and seasoned with Asian-inspired spices.  

 

What better way than to end the course with a dessert with rich, creamy and crunchy textures? Something sparkly, of course! Starry Starry Night, an indulgent dessert of a triple chocolate sphere, with dark and milk chocolate soil, Strawberry sorbet, generous amount of chocolate shavings and a finishing touch of Kanazawa Gold Flakes. 

 

All items are included in both lunch and dinner menus, with an exception of two additional dishes in the dinner course – a petit four served after dessert and an appetizer of Smoked Foie Gras with Emerald Risotto. A block of Foie Gras smoked over wood chips lays on a bed of creamy risotto made from peas and spinach, resulting in its beautiful green hues. Completing the dinner course is Chef’s special petit four

Of course, the days leading to and after Christmas are more reasons to indulge in the festivities.  

A special Berry Christmas Dessert Buffet ($38++) will be available during lunch service from 4th to 27th December. For a limited time only, guests can choose to enjoy a spread of Japanese-French desserts made with delicate fresh juicy mixed berries and strawberries.

Featuring Strawberry Tiramisu, Mixed Berry Mille Feuille, Mixed Berry tart and also not forgetting classics like Gingerbread Man, Stollen and Apple Paris Brest. Love your desserts rich and chocolatey? Lewin Terrace brings you their classic Raw Chocolate Tart gold crumbles, Chocolate Chiffon and Chocolate Pound Cake to the spread. A selection of fresh berries is also available for all to dip into a White Chocolate Fountain! 

 

From 18th – 27th December, Lewin Terrace presents The Sweet Escape, a 4 Course Dinner Menu ($128++) with Berry Christmas Dessert Buffet makes its return in the evenings! With Lobster Confit, Red Snapper with Turnip Puree, Roasted Wagyu Beef, Buah Keluak and Macadamia Nut Sauce

With a month-long feasting opportunities, let the celebrations begin! After all, why just limit Christmas to just 12 days?
